Free shipping on all orders over €50 within the EU.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted European courier services including DPD, Omniva, and DHL. The specific carrier is selected based on the delivery destination and package size.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery through the courier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@valkovsled.com.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Failed delivery: If the courier cannot deliver your package, it will be held at the nearest pickup point for 7 days. After that, it will be returned to us.
