1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (e.g., email) before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Conditions for Return
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- All accessories, manuals, and free promotional items included with the order must be returned together.
- Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
- LED strip lights that have been cut are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
- Contact us at sales@valkovsled.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the product(s) to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
4. Refund
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a defective product or our error.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect/damage.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
- Products covered by the 2-year warranty may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
