1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by SIA Valkovs (reg. No. 03.04.2025), with its registered address at Torņa iela 5 – 11, Dzelda, Nīkrāces pag., Kuldīgas nov., LV-3320, Latvia ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge and are as accurate as possible.
  • Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels and we reserve the right to limit quantities.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

  • We accept payment via bank transfer (SEPA), Visa, and Mastercard.
  • Payment must be received in full before order dispatch.
  • All transactions are processed securely through our payment service providers.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the full withdrawal procedure.

7. Warranty

  • All products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@valkovsled.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA Valkovs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SIA Valkovs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Latvia. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
